Our passion is making buildings more comfortable, healthy and safe for their occupants. The building science principles we use can be applied with historic preservation standards to improve efficiency, air quality and reduce the amount of maintenance required on historic structures. Allow us to use our diagnostic equipment to help you understand the building science solutions to the issues in your historic building. We perform the appropriate testing, evaluate the test results, provide a diagnosis with recommendations and even help you find appropriate funding resources to complete your project. We act as a partner with you to navigate the complicated process of making a historic place into a comfortable destination for years to come.
